Duncan Tappy: Summer round-up
The summer seems to have flown by! Magny Cours was a great event for me finishing second and fourth. Everything fell into place and we’ve shown the beginnings of what we can deliver and it was a great boost for my confidence. Since then I’ve raced in Superleague at Brands Hatch which was fantastic and I came third in the Superfinal which was a best ever result for me. This weekend I’m at Adria in the same car so hoping to do even better still.
Other than that I’ve been working as an instructor and driver coach as much as possible. I’m saving to go on an off-season golf trip with ‘the boys’. My main news since my last blog is that my beautiful girlfriend Lori agreed to marry me and became my fiancée – all very exciting!
I’m doing the next Superleague round in Portimao in two weeks so I’ll hopefully be in top form the following week for the next AutoGP round at the new circuit of Navarra in Spain which will be a great experience. Can’t wait!
